    exactly what I was looking for to get my new year started in the right direction!
    I have been following the start small section and adding in 2 habits a week which has been working well and does not feel overwhelming.
    this book is easy to follow and the recipes are delicious and simple to prepare.
    I was pleasantly surprised to learn there was also a sheet pan guide included in the ebook so i have been experimenting with different combinations and it means that I can get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes

    Wow – I am really loving this ebook! I have been using it regularly over the last few weeks to help motivate and guide me on my New Year’s resolution of prioritizing my own health.
