Hello and WELCOME! I’m ANGELA.

As a mother of four, working in the corporate world as a Chartered Professional Accountant, I understand the pressure that comes with balancing a career and family. 

Trying to get a healthy dinner on the table during a hectic weeknight can feel daunting and next to impossible some days. I get it, I’ve been there!

Meal prepping has proven to be the most effective way I’m able to get nourishing dinner on the table – along with healthy treats and nutritious snacks prepared and ready for packed lunches! Now more than ever I continue to rely on my MEAL PREPPING STRATEGIES – working full-time while studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist.
