The TRICK to making this STRAWBERRY NICE CREAM ❌TRA #thick and #creamy is using fresh strawberries + frozen bananas and a high-speed blender @vitamixca 😊

TIP 1️⃣ Add the fresh 🍓’s to the blender first followed by the frozen bananas. The fresh strawberries will get blended up first into a purée which will help blend up the frozen bananas without the need add any liquid!

TIP 2️⃣ Use the tamper to keep things moving along in the blender and most important 👉 BE PATIENT! Resist the urge to add any liquid #trustme

Ditch that store bought spread filled with refined sugars, unhealthy oils and unpronounceable ingredients.

Make this PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SPREAD in less than 2 minutes with simple ingredients you already have in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder @jukasorganic
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp water (melted virgin coconut oil)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt

TO MAKE >>> add all ingredients to a small glass jar and stir to combine.

Here are some ideas on how to use this delicious spread…

✔️ Spread over toast or rice cakes.
✔️ Use as dipping sauce for fruit or pretzels.
✔️ Drizzle over nice cream or yogurt.
✔️ Enjoy in a sandwich with sliced bananas and hemp seeds.
✔️ Add as a topping for chia pudding.
✔️ Spread on top of pancakes or fresh toast as an alternative to maple syrup.
✔️ Combine with warm milk for hot chocolate.
✔️ Use a healthy alternative to chocolate frosting for cupcakes and more!

TO MAKE 👉 combine 1/2 cup natural nut butter and 1/2 cup seeds of choice. Mix to combine…ENJOY!

Getting outside and taking in fresh air is a natural energy and mood booster. It is important for your physical + mental health and can greatly benefit your sleep patterns.

Exposure to natural light (especially earlier in the day) can help maintain a healthy circadian rhythm (the sleep-wake cycle).

APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS made with JOI!

Make an extra-large batch of these overnight oats as part of your weekly #mealprep so you’ll have a grab-and-go breakfast ready waiting for you to enJOI! 😉

These APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS are amazing topped with a heaping tablespoon of @addjoi JOI Cashew Milk Base which is made with just 1 ingredient >>> Cashews! It adds such a rich creamy texture and takes these overnight oats to another level 😉

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 serving):
▪️ 3/4 cup of JOI milk
▪️ 1/2 cup rolled oats
▪️ 1/2 apple, chopped
▪️ 1 tbsp chia seeds
▪️ 1 tbsp ground flax
▪️ 2 tsps pure maple syrup
▪️ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
▪️ 1/2 tsp ground ginger
▪️ 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
▪️ 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
▪️ 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Toppings: pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chopped apple, @addjoi JOI Cashew Milk Base (which adds a rich creamy texture)

DIRECTIONS:
To a glass jar (or small bowl) add all of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Add your toppings before you are ready to enJOI!

Sharing this recipe for my WHOLE WHEAT WAFFLES after receiving a ton of DM’s from our brunch the other day which I shared in my stories. They taste amazing and you wouldn’t be able to tell they are made with whole wheat flour.

Here’s what you’ll need to make these WHOLE WHEAT WAFFLES…

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp sea salt
4 tsps baking powder
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups milk of choice
⅓ cup butter (or coconut oil), melted
Optional: 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

MEAL PREP TIP: include an extra-large batch of waffles as part of your weekly meal prep and simply pop them into your toaster to warm through before you’re ready to enjoy! Store them in the fridge or freezer.
